How can I create an account?

Do I need an account to place an online order with Kasou Wig?
No, our website supports guest mode where you can place orders directly without the need for registration. Just enter an email address at checkout to receive order updates.
Creating an account gives you faster checkout, member benefits, and easy profile management for future orders.
Why can't I receive your emails after placing my order?
Check your spam folder if you cannot find the email from us. Emails are sent automatically; sometimes they get filtered as spam. Please drop us an email—we’ll help you.
How can I change my account?
After logging in, you can find “My Account” at the top of kasouwig.com. From there, you can update your profile to change your email address. You can also change your password and shipping information under “Change Password” and “Contact Information”.
Why can’t I log on to my account?
If you are having trouble logging in to your account, make sure you have entered the correct email address and password. If you still cannot log in, contact us at support@kasouwig.com.
Please note: Sometimes the Kasou Wig website will not accept your username and password if you press the Return key on your keyboard, so be sure to click the “Sign In” button instead.
I’ve forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password, simply click the “Forgot your password?” link located beneath the “Sign In” button and follow the instructions.
