EXCHANGE & RETURN
If you receive a not satisfied item, we will accept exchange, and return for refund requests in 10 days. Please contact us immediately once you receive the not satisfied item(s).

● The item(s) must be sent back in its original condition with original tags ( unworn, unstyled, uncut & unwashed; lace front wigs must have uncut lace )
● Conditions of returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, customers will responsible for any loss in value.
● It can be sent back to us via the most affordable shipping method of the customer's choice. ( If you choose an untrackable international shipping service, please send us a picture of the postal receipt as proof, if trackable please give us the tracking number )


If you receive a wrong item or item with defects, please let us know, we'll pay for all costs of returning, exchange or cancel the order up to your preference.


How long will my refund take?
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item/s and process the refund within 2-3 working days. We will send you an update email once your return has been received and another email when the refund has been processed.
Once we have processed the refund it can take 24 hours for your Paypal to complete.


Why my refund still not received?
All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in the currency you originally selected. If we're unable to refund you in the original currency, or your primary currency, you'll be refunded in US dollars (USD).

If you paid with your:

▶Credit card (including PayPal Credit): your refund will go to your credit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If the card was canceled or you paid with a prepaid card, contact the card issuer to access your refund. The money will still be sent to this card account.
▶Bank account: your refund will initially go back to the PayPal balance before being auto swept back to the original funding source (bank). It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank account. If a refund is issued shortly after you paid, we'll try to cancel the transaction so you're never charged. If we're unable to cancel the transaction, the refund will be processed and sent to your bank account.
▶PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance: your refund will go to your PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance on the same day the refund was processed.
▶PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance + credit card: your refund will go to both your PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance and credit card. The refund to the balance will happen the same day it's processed; the refund to the card may take up to 30 days.
Debit card: your refund will go to your debit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If the refund can't be applied to your debit card, it'll be sent to your PayPal account.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item/s?
We are so sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect/faulty product. Please contact us as soon as possible and we can help you sort this out.
Please contact us and include a photo(s) of the wig it arrived in as well as the tag ( style and color codes). This will help us confirm the possible errors and speed things up.

We'll pay for all costs of returning, exchanging, or canceling the order up to your preference.

I have returned part of my order but have not received a refund for my shipping?
We will only refund your original shipping cost if the whole order is returned to us. If you return part of the order, we will only refund you for those items.
