EXCHANGE & RETURN

If you receive an unsatisfactory item, we accept exchanges and refund requests within 14 days. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the item(s).

● The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached (unworn, unstyled, uncut, and unwashed; for lace front wigs, the lace must remain uncut).
● Return conditions: Items not returned in original condition may result in a reduction of the refund amount, as customers are responsible for any loss in value.
● Returns may be shipped back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. (If you use an untrackable international shipping service, please provide a photo of the postal receipt as proof; if trackable, please supply the tracking number.)
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please notify us immediately—we will cover all return, exchange, or cancellation costs, according to your preference.


How long will my refund take?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process the refund within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your return, and another email once the refund has been processed.
After we process the refund, it may take up to 24 hours for PayPal to complete the transaction.


Why hasn't my refund been received?
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Funds will be refunded in the currency you selected at checkout. If we are unable to issue the refund in your original or primary currency, it will be processed in US dollars (USD).

If you paid with your:

▶Credit card (including PayPal Credit): Your refund will be issued to your credit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If the card has been canceled or you used a prepaid card, contact the card issuer to access your refund. The funds will still be sent to this card account.
▶Bank account: Your refund will first be credited to your PayPal balance and then automatically transferred back to the original funding source (your bank account). It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear in your bank account. If a refund is issued shortly after your payment, we will attempt to cancel the transaction so you are never charged. If cancellation is not possible, the refund will be processed and sent to your bank account.
▶PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance: Your refund will go to your PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance on the same day the refund was processed.
▶PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance + credit card: Your refund will go to both your PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance and credit card. The refund to the balance will happen the same day it's processed; the refund to the card may take up to 30 days.
Debit card: Your refund will go to your debit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If the refund can't be applied to your debit card, it'll be sent to your PayPal account.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item/s?
We sincerely apologize that you received an incorrect or defective item. Please contact us as soon as possible—we will help resolve this promptly.
Please include photos of the wig as it arrived, along with its tag (showing the style and color codes). This helps us verify the issue and process your request more efficiently.
We will cover all return, exchange, or cancellation costs, according to your preference.

I have returned part of my order, but I have not yet received a refund for the shipping cost.
We will only refund your original shipping cost if the whole order is returned to us. If you return part of the order, we will only refund you for those items, including their associated postage costs.
